The problem is because Vista dropped compatibility with 16-bit programs. This buttonbar is one ( even though it doesn&#039;t seem to be ;) ). It would have to be recompiled to 32-bit one in order to work. You can find a programmer to do it for you, it&#039;s max 30 minutes of work.
