LinkInfo 1.51

This is a combined project consisting of 2 parts:
1. LinkEditor 1.51 - Program for modifying LNK-files.
2. LinkInfo 1.51 - Lister-plugin for viewing and editing them from TC

Plugin allows to view info about LNK-files by simply pressing F3. Then all available information about this file is displayed in Lister window:
1. Target of the link
2. Command-line arguments
3. Working folder
4. Description (comment)
5. Hotkey
6. Window size
7. Path to the file with icon and icon number
8. The icon itself (if it is not specified then the icon of the target file type is shown)
