LAN Seeker 0.3.1

This plugin is for working with Microsoft Networks and is a replacement for standard Network Neighbourhood in TC.
Features:
- NetBios scan of Microsoft Networks by one or more specified IP ranges. List of found hosts is stored in database, and used during the next scans.
- Browsing of the disk resources
- Basic file & dir operations like Copy/Rename/Delete... - Download resume after failure
